摘要
江汉油田盐化工总厂员工队伍文化素质整体水平逐步提高,培养了一支技术过硬、技能合格的一线操作人员队伍,适应了工厂发展和人才储备的需要,为工厂后续发展积蓄了力量。要提高员工素质,必须构建学习型企业,营造全员学习氛围;必须构建全方位立体式培训体系,加强三支队伍建设;必须培育团队精神,构建和谐团队。
In Jianghan Oilfield Salt & Chemical Complex, all the employees are making progress in cultural quality. The frontline operators have good technology and skills and become the main force for the sustainable growth of the plant. To enhance the employees; quality, efforts should be made in building a learning-type enterprise to create learning atmosphere for all the employees, setting up a three-dimensional training system to strengthen team development and cultivating teamwork spirit to build a harmonious team.
