虚拟水贸易研究综述

Research Review of Virtual Water Trade

虚拟水及虚拟水贸易概念的提出为更好地在全球范围内解决水资源问题提供了新的视角。主要从虚拟水贸易的理论基础、产品中虚拟水含量的定量计算、虚拟水贸易的战略安全作用研究、虚拟水贸易的经济发展影响研究、虚拟水贸易的可行性及社会适应性研究,虚拟水贸易的国别或区域的实证研究等方面来综述有关虚拟水贸易的国内外研究进程,并在此基础之上对其未来研究方向予以展望。建议将虚拟水贸易纳入国家对外贸易整体战略规划,综合考虑虚拟水贸易的战略影响及其局限性,适度、有区别的进行虚拟水贸易,以达到生态、经济和社会的持续和谐发展。

The proposal of the concept of virtual water and virtual water trade provides a new perspective for solving the problem of water resources on a global scale.This paper focuses on the research review of the theoretical foundation of the virtual water trade,the quantitative calculation of virtual water in products,the strategic security role of virtual water trade,the economic development impact of virtual water trade,the feasibility and social adaptability research of virtual water trade,the empirical study of national and regional virtual water trade.Based on the analysis,it proposes that the virtual water trade should be integrated into the overall strategic planning of national export trade.Also,it is important to comprehensively think about the strategic impact and limitation.To keep sustainable and harmonious development among ecology,economy and society,it is compulsory to go about virtual water trade in a moderate and different way.
