差异化外语学科基层学术组织的建设——以财经大学为例

Construction of University's Academic Organizations at Grassroots Level with the Strategy of Differentiation——A Case Study of the Universities of Finance and Economics

大学基层学术组织的建设关系着大学的人才培养、师资建设、学科发展和学术创新等各个方面。因发展环境与条件的特殊性,以往财经大学外语学科的基层学术组织多以教研室为单位组建,旨在推进程序性的教学工作,这已不适应新形势下高水平财经大学对人才培养和学术研究的新要求。为此,财经大学的外语学科应根据学校整体发展目标和学科建设规划,放弃以行政权力为主导的模式,在教研室之外设置相对独立、以学术权力为主导的研究机构,注重教学与科研协调发展,大力开展应用研究和纯理论研究,开拓富有特色的学术研究领域,建构师资建设的多元化发展平台,以激发外语学科基层学术组织的创新力,推进外语学科的发展。

Universities＇ academic organizations at grassroots level play the key role in the talent cultivation, teacher development, growth of academic discipline and innovation of researches. Due to its special position in universities of finance and economics, the discipline of foreign languages and literature is basically a teaching organization with little attention paid to researches. But the discipline with focus only on teaching can not meet the challenge of producing more talented students and improving the research posed by the new era. Thus the discipline of foreign languages and literature should make effort to improve its teaching quality. Meanwhile, academic organizations with academic power should be constructed rather than the simple use of administrative power to explore the applied researches, the qualification of teaching staff can be improved by means of descriptive and theoretical studies and the discipline itself can keep its innovative capability.
