An Exploration for the Theory of“Enterprises' Crisis-Development Chain”

市场经济社会 ,危机以及危机忧患意识的存在 ,可以使企业产生巨大的压力和动力 ,从而促使企业不断创新、实现腾飞与发展。传统体制下 ,国有企业行为人普遍存在着不思进取、高枕无忧的惰性 ,重要原因是企业家资源缺乏和制度安排不合理。培育国有企业危机忧患意识 ,必须对国有企业进行全方位的制度创新。

Owing to the existing of market economy,crisis,together with crisis awareness,the state-owned enterprises thus have much pressure and motivation to obtain innovation and further development.Under conventional system,people's idleness and laziness commonly exist in those state-owned enterprises.An important reason for that is the lackness of the resources of enterprisers and unreasonable system arrangements.So to incubate the “crisis awareness”of the state-owned enterprises,a thorough system innovation in those enterprises must be put forward.
