学习共同体与信息技术自我效能感的关系分析

摘要 学习共同体的重要作用在于能为教师的自我效能感发展提供丰富的信息。基于学习共同体这一组织形式,教师的信息技术技能、意识以及技术整合策略有助于其信息技术自我效能感的形成与发展。 The important role of learning community is that it can provide abundant ers' self-efficacy development. Learning community based on the form of organization, information for teach- teacher's information technology skills, awareness and technology integration strategy formation and development of information tech- nology to help teachers' self-efficacy.
