党的十八大报告把生态文明建设放在突出地位,融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设各方面和全过程,彰显了中华民族对子孙、对世界负责的精神。生态文明建设功在当代、利在千秋,我们只有通过强化生态理念教育,大力推进循环经济,积极推进生态农业,带动合理经济消费,加强生态保护修复,规范生态体系建设,构建环保长效机制等措施,才能更加积极地保护生态,努力走向社会主义生态文明的新时代,为全面建成小康社会奠定基础。
