摘要
目的:通过对实验动物瘢痕中成纤维细胞计数进行统计,观察椎板切除范围对瘢痕生成的影响。方法:将进入结果分析的90只新西兰兔全部纳入研究对象,对椎板切除模型动物硬膜外瘢痕中成纤维细胞计数进行统计,分析椎板切除范围对成纤维细胞计数的影响。结果:生理盐水处理组中,大范围切除组与中、小范围切除组均有显著性差异,中、小范围切除组在2周、4周无显著性差异,在6周时出现显著性差异。玻璃酸钠处理组中,小范围切除组与大范围切除组均有显著性差异,在4周、6周时小范围切除组与中范围切除组有显著性差异,中范围切除组4周时与大范围切除组有显著性差异,而2周、6周时无显著性差异。结论:椎板缺损范围影响成纤维细胞的增殖,对硬膜外瘢痕的生成造成一定的影响。
Objective: To investigate count. Method: 90 New Zealand rabbits were all the effect of area of laminectomy on scar formation by fibroblast included into the research object in the retrospective study, we had analysed the effect of the area of laminectomy on scar formation by fibroblast count. Results: In the saline-treated group, wide resection group, middle resection and small resection groups were significantly different, middle resection and small resection group had no significant difference at 2 weeks or 4 weeks, but at six weeks they had significant difference, in the Sodium hyaluronate-treated group, small resection group and wide resection group have showed significant difference. Small resection group and the middle resection group had significant difference at 4 weeks and 6 weeks. Middle resection group and wide resection group there were significant difference in 4 weeks, but they had no significant difference at 2 weeks and 6 weeks. Conclusion: the scale of laminectomy can influence fibroblast proliferation and epidural scar formation.
