中药口服结合湿敷和穴位按压治疗女性手部慢性湿疹30例

Clinical Observation 30 Cases of Women Hand Chronic Eczema Treatment with Oral Medicine Combined with Wet Dressing and Meridian Press

目的:观察中药口服结合湿敷和穴位按压治疗女性手部慢性湿疹临床疗效。方法:将62例符合手部慢性湿疹诊断的女性患者随机分为治疗组30例与对照组32例。治疗组口服中药结合湿敷和穴位按压;对照组口服复方甘草酸苷片,外用派瑞松。20天为一个疗程,疗程完成后观察疗效。结果:2组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:中药口服结合穴位按压治疗手部慢性湿疹效果显著、复发率低、安全性好、值得推广。

Objective： To observe oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with wet compress and acupressure therapy in the treatment of female chronic hand eczema clinical curative effect. Methods： 62 cases of Chronic hand eczema patients were divided into control group and treatment group, the control group were given TCM combining with wet compress and acupressure, the treatment group were given oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets, external Pevisone.20 days for a course of treatment, the therapeutic effects were observed after completion of the treatment. Results： The effection of two groups had significant difference, the treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： the traditional Chinese medicine combined with wet compress and acupressure therapy in the treatment of female chronic hand eczema is effect, low recurrence rate, is worth popularizing.
