桑葶泻肺方治疗尿毒症患者合并肺部感染20例

Clinical Observation 20 Cases of Uremic Patients with Pulmonary Infection Treatment with Sangting Xiefei Tang

目的:观察桑葶泻肺方治疗尿毒症患者合并肺部感染的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的尿毒症合并肺部感染40例患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各20例;对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用桑葶泻肺方汤剂,均治疗2周,观察2组治疗后临床疗效、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及显效时间等变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为65%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组显效时间平均为5.9±2.3天,显著短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后CRP较观察组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:桑葶泻肺方能有效治疗尿毒症合并肺部感染,并缩短治愈时间。

Objective： To Observe the clinical efficacy of Sang Ting Xiefei decoction in uremic patients with Lung infection. Methods： 40 patients met the inclusion criteria of uremic Lung infection, Were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group; The control group （n = 20} were given routine western medicine; Treatment group {20 patients） were given Sang Ting Xiefei decoction on the basis of routine western medicine, treatment last two weeks, the clinical efficacy, C-reactive protein （CRP） andmarkedly time were observed between the two groups. Results ： the Total effective rate in treatment group was 95%, The total effective rate in the control group was 65%, The difference was statistically significant {P〈0.05） ; The average time in treatment was 5.9 ±2.3 days, Which was Significantly shorter than the control group （P〈0.01} ; Compared with the observation group CRP in treatment group decreased significantly （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Sang Ting Xiefei decoction is effective in the treatment of uremic Lung infection, it shorten the healing time.
