瘀达舒治疗Trousseau综合征凝血紊乱的临床研究

Clinical Study of Coagulopathy of Trousseau Syndrome Treatment with Yuda Shu

目的:观察瘀达舒治疗Trousseau综合征的临床疗效。方法:62例肺癌伴随Trousseau综合征患者随机分为瘀达舒加华法林纳组(治疗组34例),华法林纳组(对照组28例),进行对照观察。结果:治疗组治疗后凝血指标D-二聚体(D-dimer)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)及明显低于对照组治疗后(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)比治疗前明显延长(P<0.05或P<0.01)及明显优于对照组治疗后(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:瘀达舒对Trousseau综合征具有一定的客观疗效,主要表现在稳定病情、提高生存质量及改善患者的凝血与抗凝血平衡紊乱状态。

Object： To observe the clinical effects of Trousseau syndrome treatment with Yuda Shu. Methods： 62 lung cancer associated with troussear syndrome patients were randomly divided into Yuda Shu ＋ warfarin sodium group（treatment group with 34 cases）,warfarin sodium group （control group with 28 cases） for compration. Results： After treatment the blood clotting index D-two dimers,fibrinogen of treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment （P 〈 0.05） and significantly lower than the control group after treatment （P 〈 0.01）; the treatment group after treatment of prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time were significantly prolonged （before treatment P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01） and significantly better than the control group after treatment （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01） .Conclusion： Yuda Shu on trousseau syndrome has a certain objective effect,mainly in stable condition,improving the quality of life and improving the patients＇ coagulation and anti-coagulation imbalance state.
