摘要
目的:通过理化指标对炙黄芪、炒川楝子传统炮制方法与微波炮制方法进行优选,并找出最佳的微波炮制工艺,为微波技术应用于中药炮制提供一定的理论依据和实践数据。方法:以炮制品的外观、特征图谱为考察指标,进行传统炮制与微波炮制的比较,并确定微波炮制工艺的参数且进行中试放大。结果:本研究试制的微波炮制品质量均能达到传统炮制的要求和标准。结论:微波具有替代传统炮制的可行性。
Objective: Compared with the traditional processing method, To optimize Microwave processing IMP} parameters of Astragali Radix Praeparata Cum Melle. Fired Astragali Radix by physical-chemistry, provide a theoretical basis for MP in TCM. Method: compare to traditional processing methods by HPLC Features Chromatogram and Appearance as for craft parameters, in order to determine the MP craft parameters and to middle produce. Result: MP can produced qualified products same to TCM. Conclusion: MP has the feasibility to replace the traditional processing of TCM.
