摘要
目的:观察健脾消脂方对2型糖尿病脂代谢紊乱模型大鼠血脂和抗氧化水平的影响。方法:采用高脂高热量饲料加小剂量腹腔注射链尿佐菌素(STZ)的方法建立2型糖尿病脂代谢紊乱大鼠模型并分为4组,测定各组大鼠治疗前后的血脂、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果:健脾消脂方可以降低2型糖尿病脂代谢紊乱模型大鼠的血脂、血清MDA、SOD。结论:健脾消脂方对2型糖尿病脂代谢紊乱大鼠血脂、血清MDA、SOD具有一定的改善作用,作用机理可能与其直接清除自由基、降低脂质过氧化物水平、提高SOD活性、降低MDA含量,减少炎性细胞因子的产生和调节机体免疫功能等有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of the spleen-invigorating and fat-eliminating formula on blood-lipid and antioxidant levels in model rats with Type II diabetes disorder of lipid metabolism. Methodology: to establish model rats with Type II diabetes disorder of lipid metabolism by means of using high-fat diet plus a small dose of intraperitoneal injection streptozotocin (STZ) and to divide them into 5 groups; to mensurate each group in terms of blood-lipid, malondialdehyde (MDA), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) before and after injection. Results: the spleen-invigorating and fat-eliminating formula has reduced blood-lipid, malondialdehyde (MDA), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in model rats with Type II diabetes disorder of lipid metabolism. Conclusion: the spleen-invigorating and fat-eliminating formula can improve blood-lipid, malondialdehyde (MDA), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in model rats with Type II diabetes disorder of lipid metabolism. The mechanism may be related to the functions of the formula: to scavenge free radicals, to reduce the levels of lipid peroxides, to increase the activity of SOD, to reduce the content of MDA, to check the generation of the inflammatory cytokines and to regulate immune functions and so on.
