摘要
目的:探讨不同种类角叉菜胶致使小鼠血栓形成情况。方法:3种类型角叉菜胶(K型(Kappa)、I型(Iota)、L型(Lamb da))皮下注射诱发小鼠尾部血栓形成,分别观察注射角叉菜胶后24、48和72h小鼠黑尾发生率和黑尾长度。结果:本实验通过大量小鼠实验发现L型、I型角叉菜胶可以使小鼠产生黑尾,即可以用来造小鼠血栓模型,且效果明显。
Objective: Discusses different kinds of carrageenan that make the mice have thrombosis situationo Methods: Thrombopoiesis was induced at mouse tail by subcutaneous injection of different kinds of carrageenin,The black tail occurrence, black tail length of mice were respectively detected 24h, 48h and 72h after injecting carrageenin; the clotting time of mice 72h after injecting carrageenin was measure.Results:This study found that through a lot of mice. L (Lambda), I (Iota), carrageenan can be mice produce black tail, That can be used to make mice thrombus model, and the effect is obvious.
