不同种类角叉菜胶诱导小鼠血栓模型的实验研究

目的:探讨不同种类角叉菜胶致使小鼠血栓形成情况。方法:3种类型角叉菜胶(K型(Kappa)、I型(Iota)、L型(Lamb da))皮下注射诱发小鼠尾部血栓形成,分别观察注射角叉菜胶后24、48和72h小鼠黑尾发生率和黑尾长度。结果:本实验通过大量小鼠实验发现L型、I型角叉菜胶可以使小鼠产生黑尾,即可以用来造小鼠血栓模型,且效果明显。

L （Lambda）, I （Iota）, carrageenan can be mice produce black tail, That can be used to make mice thrombus model, and the effect is obvious.
