摘要
近年来随着国内及国际社会对中医中药的认可和支持,我国传统中医药事业得到了显著发展。人们利用拉曼光谱技术针对中药开展了许多相关研究工作。拉曼光谱检测分析方法可以更好的保证药材的整体性,同时具有快速、有效、无损等优点,可为中药现代化研究提供有效手段。本文就常规拉曼光谱、表面增强拉曼光谱及拉曼光谱结合计算机辅助分析技术在中药材的分类、鉴别、中药有效成分分析以及中成药质量控制等方面的应用做出概述和总结。
Recently, the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine has become one important field in China＇ s social and economic development. As a non-destructive, quick, accurate and convenient method, Raman spectroscopy has been comprehensively used for the study of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper review the application of the Raman spectroscopy, surface enhanced Raman scattering techniques and Raman spectroscopy combined with computer enhancement techniques in the identification of Chinese herbal medicines, analysis of active ingredients and quality management of traditional Chinese medicine.
