清燥救肺汤的临床应用概况

Clinical Application of Qing Zao Jiu Fei Decoction

清燥救肺汤源自《医门法律》,是治火热伤肺、气阴两伤的主要方剂。近10年中,其临床应用主要集中在呼吸系统疾病、耳鼻喉科疾病、皮肤科疾病,而对于眼科、妇科、儿科、风湿免疫疾病等的应用,有些只是零星报道的个例。综述近10年来清燥救肺汤的临床应用报道,总结其临床应用思路,以求拓展其临床应用范围。

Qing Zao Jiu Fei Decoction comes from the book of Principle and Prohibition for Medical Profession,and is a main prescription of treatment to the fiery lung injury, two injured Qiyin. In nearly 10 years,its clinical application mainly concentrateds in the respiratory diseases, ENT disease and dermatological diseases,but its clinical application in the ophthalmology, gynecological pediatrics and rheumatological disorders, Some are just sporadic reports of two eases. Through consolidating cinieal application reports which have been published over the past decade about Qing Zao Jiu Fei Decoction, we summarise the ideas of clinical application in order to expand the scope of the clinical application of Qing Zao Jiu Fei Decoction.
