补肾活血法在治疗急性脑出血中的应用

目的 评价早期应用补肾活血法治疗急性脑出血的疗效。方法 治疗组及对照组按１：１的比例随机分组，均为３０例。分别采用中医补肾活血法及单纯西医治疗，４周后比较疗效。结果中医治疗组在促进颅内血肿的吸收及脑水肿的消除和促进患者神经功能康复方面，疗效均优于单纯西医治疗．两组比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．０５）。结论 早期采用中医治疗对脑出血患者的康复有明显帮助。 ［

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of early applying the therapy of reinforcing the kidney and activating the blood in treating acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods in the proportion of one to one,cases were randomly divided into treated group and control group with thirty cases separately,and were treated with Chinese medical therapy of reinforcing the kidney and activating the blood and pure western medicine respectively. The curative effects were compared after 4 week's therapy. Results The effect to patients treated with Chinese medicine was better than those treated with western medicine alone on the aspects of absorption of brain hematoma,elimination of encephalic edema and recovery of neural function (P<0. 01 - 0. 05). Conclusion Early application of Chinese medicine is very helpful in rehabilitation to the patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
