双能CT检测痛风患者尿酸盐结晶的临床应用 被引量:14

摘要 目的评价无创性双能CT(DECT)技术检测痛风患者关节及周围组织中尿酸盐结晶对痛风的诊断价值。方法用第二代双源CT对疑似痛风的48例行最痛部位包括双手腕关节或双膝关节或双足踝关节双能扫描,用DE-Gout处理软件独立分析、评价,以检查部位有绿色伪彩结晶沉积作为诊断依据。结果 DECT对痛风诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为40/40(100%)、7/8(87.5%)和47/48(97.9%)。结论 DECT对痛风诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确性均较高,且无创伤,值得临床推广应用。
