摘要
针对蒽油馏程和初馏点测定所采用的传统手工蒸馏法污染大、周期长、操作复杂的缺点,选择合适的色谱条件,通过将色谱数据与手工蒸馏数据进行统计分析,成功得出了两者间的关联公式,利用该公式将色谱检验数据推算成馏程和初馏点,计算数据与实际手工蒸馏结果十分吻合,实现了色谱检验模拟手工蒸馏。
The traditional manual method for determining the distillation range and the initial boiling point of the an- thracene oil has the disadvantages of heavy pollution, long cycle and complex operation. Through selecting appropriate chromatographic conditions, and by analyzing the chromatographic data and the manual distillation data, the incidence for- mula between the two was obtained. With the help of this formula, the chromatographic test data could be turned into the distillation range and the initial boiling point. The calculated data was consistent with that obtained through the manual method, thus achieving the chromatographic test simulated manual distillation.
