100万t/a焦化装置与50万t/a焦油加氢装置联产——焦炉煤气制氢新工艺探讨

摘要 50万t/a焦油加氢装置以100万t/a焦化装置的焦油及外购焦油为原料,并利用焦化装置的焦炉煤气采用新工艺制取氢气,重点介绍了制氢工艺流程。通过新工艺,可以从50 000 m3/h的焦炉煤气中产出40 110 m3/h纯度为99.9%的氢气,氢气产量增加1倍,能够满足50万t/a焦油加氢项目的氢气用量;同时副产出22 508 m3/h热值为17.9 MJ/m3~19.4 MJ/m3的混合解吸气,满足焦炉燃料使用需求。 The 500 000 t/a coal tar hydrogenation plant was based on the tar produced from the 1 000 000 t/a coking plant. The by-produced coke oven gas (COG) was used to produce hydrogen. The hydrogen production process was intro- duced in detail, and through optimized process, 40 110 m^3/h hydrogen (99.9%) could be produced from the 50 000 m^3/h COG, 22 508 m^3/h mixed desorbed gas (heating value: 17.9 MJ/m3-19.4 MJ/m^3) which was by-produced could meet the fuel demand of the coke oven. The hydrogen output was doubled and could meet the hydrogen demand required by the 500 000 t/a coal tar hydrogenation plant. There was basically no waste gas emission from the process.
