摘要
以辽阳城市的特点及旧城存在的问题为前提,阐述了河东新城规划模式确立的原因。从结构及空间布局、城市环境、交通、功能设施等几个方面,探索了城市新区规划建设的基本原则、方法和主要目标。
Based on the characters of Liaoyang city and the problems of old city, the reasons of planning mode of Hedong new district were exposited in details. The basic principles of new district construction were discussed from structure, spatial arrangement, urban environment, traffic and functional facilities ,etc.
