我国对发达国家住房保障制度的经验借鉴

从政府定位、资金来源、住房补贴、法律体系、保障体系以及准入退出制度六个方面,介绍了美国、日本、德国、英国、新加坡等发达国家构建住房保障制度的经验。针对我国保障性住房的现状及存在的问题,提出了完善我国住房保障制度的措施:主要有选择适合的住房保障模式、健全住房保障法律体系、发挥政府主导作用、拓宽融资渠道、注重住房保障的层次性等。
