从与时俱进视角论网络英语交际能力培养之必要性

On the Necessity of Cultivating Students' Online Communicative Competence from the Perspective of Changing with the Times

阐述了网络英语交际能力(英语用网能力或网络英语语言运用能力)涵盖网络英语资源(信息浏览、查询、提取、发布、评估、处理)利用能力和网络英语(聊天、邮件、短信、飞信、微信)沟通能力;通过问卷调查指出了高校学生英语用网能力存在的主要问题;从我国的国情,教育的现状,语言和语境的发展,英语交际能力内涵的变化等几方面论述了高校学生网络英语交际能力培养的必要性;提出了高校学生网络英语交际能力的培养措施。

This article indicates that online communicative competence （online English proficiency or on- line integrated language proficiency） should embrace the capacity to use cyber resources （viewing online English news, searching, extracting information, posting messages, evaluating search results, processing in- formation）, plus online communicative ability （ such as communication via voice or text chat, email, sms, fetion,tweet）. It explores the existing problems concerning online communcative competence of college students via questionnaires. It stresses the necessity for college teachers to cultivate students＇ online com- municative competence from perspective of the following aspects ： status quo of China, the current situation under its current education system, the development of weblish and change in the cyber context, change in the connotation of present communicative compentence. Lastly, it offers measures to foster such new com- petence.
