摘要
阐述了包装设计的总体环境和面临的问题,并对包装设计中的材料利用率进行了探讨,以纸质包装盒为研究对象,对包装的功用延伸设计进行了改进。并对正多面体纸包装盒的结构特点和应用进行了分析,探索了较为环保的包装设计方法。以解构式穿插结构和组合式穿插结构为主要手段,对平面正多面体包装盒进行了具有良好拆卸性能的再设计,提高了包装材料利用率,强化了包装的功能效果。
The overall environment and some specific problems, also material utilization, in the packaging design, are studied in this paper. Based on the study of paper packing boxes design, the design of the exten- sions of the packing has been improved. To find more environmentally-friendly design method, the struc- ture characteristics and application of regular polyhedron paper packaging box are also analyzed in this arti- cle. Deconstructive interweave structure and combined interweave structure are used in the re-design of reg- ular polyhedron packing box to get a good removal performance, which will help to improve the material utilization and strengthen the effect of wrapping function.
