摘要
从建筑选址、建筑模式、功能分区及交通流线等方面出发,详细总结了奥特莱斯这一商业建筑的特点;以燕莎奥特莱斯和青浦奥特莱斯为例,从平面布局、建筑形态及景观特征等方面对比分析国内南北方奥特莱斯的差异,研究营造良好的商业空间品质,创造设计更加人性化的新型购物中心。
This article summarizes the business model of outlets as commercial construction by the aspects of construction site, building mode, the function zoning and traffic flow lines. Then the article compares and analyzes the differences between outlets in northern and southern China from layout, architectural form,landscape feature and other, aspects by using the case studies of Lufthansa and Qingpu Outlets. By doing so, we can create high-quality commercial spaces and design more user-friendly new-style shopping mall.
