摘要
以AZ31半固态合金为研究对象,应用流体模拟软件Fluent对其铸轧过程进行研究。通过使用简单等温稳态黏度模型、Carreau黏度模型、简单连续冷却黏度模型、黏度不变模型,得到了相应的铸轧温度分布、流场分布以及黏度分布,并进行了比较和分析。结果表明:在特定工况下,为保证出口处的合金刚好凝固而不会造成铸轧不成形或铸轧中断的最佳浇铸温度为880 K,此时Carreau黏度模型最适合AZ31半固态合金的铸轧过程。
With the research object of AZ31 semi-solid alloy,the fluid simulation software Fluent was applied for the roll casting process.The casting temperature Power-law model,the Carreau viscosity model,the simple continuous cooling viscosity model and the constant viscosity model were applied respectively to simulate and analyze the casting temperature distribution,the distribution of the flow field and the viscosity distribution.The results showed that:under the conditions,in order to ensure the exit of the alloy just solidified without causing the casting not forming or casting interrupt,the best casting temperature was 880 K,and the Carreau viscosity model was the most suitable one for the AZ31 semi-solid alloy casting rolling process.
