Expression of MN/CA9 protein in glycogen-rich renal cell carcinoma and its significance

目的:研究MN/CA9蛋白在富糖原型肾细胞癌中的表达。方法:对正常肾组织、肾损伤、肾细胞癌及非肾性富糖原癌中MN/CA9蛋白的表达进行分析。结果:仅在肾细胞癌上可见MN/CA9蛋白的表达,而其它切片中未见表达。结论:MN/CA9蛋白表达可以作为肾细胞癌,尤其是富糖原型肾细胞癌的一种肿瘤标志物,以辅助其早期诊断。

Objective: To investigate the expression of MN/CA9 protein in patients with glycogen - rich renal cell carcinoma. Method: We studied expression of MN/CA9 protein in historical sections of normal kidnerys, benign renal cell lesions and glycogen-rich renal cell carcinoma. Results: Expression of MN/CA9 protein was found in glycogen - rich renal cell carcinoma, but negative in normal kidnerys and benign renal cell lesions.Conclusion: MN/CA9 protein may be a marker of renal cell carcinoma, especially glycogen - rich renal cell carcinoma.
