层级护理管理对肿瘤患者生命质量的影响

Influence of stratified nursing management on the quality of life of cancer patients

目的:探讨层级护理管理对肿瘤患者生命质量的影响。方法:选取我院2008年7月～2011年7月收治的肿瘤患者1000例为研究对象,按照医师对患者病情的分析,将其分成A,B,C,D四组,每组250例。A组患者由N 4级护理人员进行护理,B组患者由N 3级护理人员进行护理,C组患者由N 2级护理人员进行护理,D组患者由N 1级护理人员进行护理。结果:经过一段时间的层级护理管理后,A组患者的功能恢复情况优于B组、C组、D组(P<0.05),恶心呕吐、疼痛、便秘、失眠、气促的并发症发生情况少于B组、C组、D组(P<0.05)。结论:层级护理管理对肿瘤患者生命质量具有重大影响,对肿瘤患者的具体病情进行层级护理可大大提高患者的生命质量,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the influence of stratified nursing management on the quality of life of cancer patients.Methods： Our hospital from July 2008 to July 2011,admitted 1000 cases of tumor patients,as the research object,according to the analysis of the physician on the patient＇s condition,divided into group A,group B,group C and group D,with 250 cases in each group.group A of patients with N4 level nurses to care,group B patients by N3 level nurses to nursing,group C by N2 level nurses to care,group D by N1 level nurses to care.Results： After nursing management after a period of time,group A of the function recovery were better than that group B,group C and group D（P0.05）,nausea and vomiting,pain,constipation,insomnia,shortness of breath and the complications were less than group B,group C and group D（P0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing management has a significant impact on the quality of life of cancer patients,were nursing on specific condition of tumor patients can greatly improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
