摘要
目的:探讨绩效考核在妇科护理管理中的作用。方法:在妇科病房实施绩效考核,对2011年9月~2012年2月实施绩效考核前和2012年3~8月实施后的护理工作质量和患者满意度进行比较,分析实施绩效考核对护理质量和患者满意度的影响。结果:实施绩效考核前后护理质量、患者满意度均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:绩效考核有利于调动护理人员的工作积极性和主动性,并且激励护理人员不断提升自身的综合素质和工作绩效,从而有效提高了护士的护理质量和患者的满意度。
Objective: To probe into the function of performance assessment on gynaecological nursing management.Methods: We compared the nursing quality and the satisfaction of the patients after and before implemented performance assessment in gynaecological nursing from Sep.2011 to Aug.2012.We also analyzed the effects of performance assessment on our nursing quality and the satisfaction of patients.Results: A comparison of the nursing quality and the satisfaction of the patients between the two periods(September 2011 to February 2012 and March to August 2012) showed that there existed a significant difference between the nursing quality and the satisfaction of the patients of the two periods(P 0.01).Conclusion: Performance assessment helped to motivate nursing staff and provide strong incentives to them.It also encouraged nursing staff to increasingly improve their comprehensive quality and performance,thus effectively raising our nursing quality and the satisfaction of patients.
