以团队为基础的学习模式在新护士急救技能培训中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨以团队为基础的学习模式(TBL)在新护士急救技能培训中的应用效果。方法:选择2010~2011年内科聘用的38名新护士,分为TBL组20名和对照组18名。TBL组采用团队为基础的学习模式进行培训,对照组采用传统的老师示范、护士练习的方法。结果:TBL组护士急救理论和各项技能操作考核成绩及综合能力评价均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以团队为基础的模式进行学习,充分激发了新护士学习的积极性和主观能动性,优秀护士带动基础差护士,提高了培训效率;问题为导向的团队学习,有效提高了新护士急救理论和技能,提高了应急处理能力,同时提高了新护士急救综合能力。
