摘要
目的:探讨高职护理专业学生不同程度社会实践对职业情感培养的影响。方法:采用问卷调查法、数理统计法进行分析。结果:不同程度社会实践对护生职业情感的培养影响,呈U型关系,表现为低频组护生职业情感逐渐提升、中频组学生职业情感下降、高频组学生职业情感再次提升。结论:社会实践对职业情感的塑造有重要意义,建议整合到护理专业人才培养模式的实践教学体系,并加大过程指导和方法改进。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different degrees of social practice on occupation emotion cultivation for nursing students at college.Methods: Employing the methods of questionnaire,mathematical statistics analysis.Results: The reswlts showed that significant influence on cultivation of students' occupational emotion with different degrees of social practice,ShowsU type relationship,which showed: low frequency group students' occupational emotion gradually improve,medium frequency group students' occupational emotion declines,and high frequency group students occupational emotion upgrade again.Conclusion: Social practice shows great effect on occupational emotion cultivation,so it is suggested that social practice be integrated into the nursing professional personnel training mode,and the process guidance and methods improvement be strengthened.
