精神分裂症患者出院后回访分析

Follow - up analysis after discharge in patients with schizophrenia

目的:通过对精神分裂症患者家属的回访,调查精神分裂症患者出院后存在的问题及康复情况。方法:选择2010年1～12月在我院出院的100名精神分裂症患者的家属作为调查对象,在患者出院1,3,6,12个月进行回访,回访形式有电话、书信、邮件、实地上门、患者来院定期门诊复查取药,采用自制的调查表对患者日常生活自理能力、服药依从性、药物副作用、职业技能训练等问题进行指导评估。结果:100例精神分裂症患者1个月未有脱落现象,3个月有3例脱落,6个月有7例脱落,12个月10例脱落。出院后精神分裂症患者日常生活自理能力、服药依从性情况在4个时间段随出院时间的推移呈渐差性趋势(P<0.05)。出院后4个时间段精神分裂症患者药物副反应比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院后精神分裂症患者职业技能训练在第1个时间段内有明显受损(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者出院后日常生活自理能力、服药依从性呈渐差性趋势,职业技能受损,但药物副作用无明显差异。

Objective： To follow-up the families of patients with schizophrenia,to investigate the schizophrenia problems after discharge and rehabilitation situations.Methods： Selecedt fromJan.to dec.in 2010 discharged of 100 cases spirit split syndrome patients as investigation object,in discharged 1 month,and 3 months,and 6 months,and 12 months for visit,visit forms as phone,letters,message,field,and patients came to the out-patient review and took medicine;self-made questlonnaire,on patients daily life self-care capacity,and medication compliance sexual,and disease recurrence,and drug side effects,and career skills training,problem for guide assessment.Results： 100 patients with schizophrenia without shedding phenomenon in one month,there were 3 cases have been shedding in 3 months,7 cases have been shedding in 6 months,10 cases have been shedding in 12 months.After discharged schizophrenia patients self-care ability of daily life,medication compliance with discharge time gradually worse in 4 time periods（P0.05）.drug side effects in patients with schizophrenia were not significant in four time periods（P0.05）.Patients with schizophrenia occupation skill training in first time period were significantly impaired（P0.05）.Conclusion：The ability of daily life,medication adherence gradually difference,the relapse rate of the disease is progressive increase,occupation skill damage problems in schizophrenic patients after discharge,there is no significant difference between the side effects of drugs.
