全国保障性住房试点城市信息化管理——以黄石市住房保障系统为例

Information Management of Indemnificatory Housing in Pilot Cities——Taking Huangshi Security System of Indemnificatory Housing as an Example

通过分析我国保障性住房建设的现状,指出保障性住房信息化管理的重要性,针对黄石市公租房试点城市建设,构建了住房保障系统。运用科学的创新理念建立了住房保障信息分配系统,实现了保障性住房有效的管理;运用地理信息系统(GIS)高效快捷地建立了住房保障系统数据库;住房保障系统为黄石保障性住房的筹划、管理等方面打下了坚实的基础。

This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of indemnificatory housing in China and states the importance of information management of indemnificatiory housing. Aiming at the construction of public rental housing in Huangshi, the security system of indemnifieatory housing has been structured. First of all,with scientific innovation concept, information distribution system of indemnificatory housing is established to realize the effective management. Secondly,the housing security system datebase is constructed by GIS effectively and conveniently. The security system lays soild foundation for the design and management of Huangshi indemnificatory housing.
