摘要
通过对当前有线电视运行维护工作现状的分析,从成本控制、风险控制、质量控制、人力资源等方面进行了维护工作外包前后的对比,阐述了运行维护外包的必要性,同时针对外包的内容、方式、监管及费用等提出了可行性外包方案。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of Cable TV operation and maintenance work,from the cost control,risk control,quality control,the maintenance work before and after the comparison of outsourcing of human resources,expounds the necessity of the operation and maintenance outsourcing,at the same time,content,mode,outsourcing cost supervision and puts forward some feasible outsourcing scheme
