摘要
从广电现状谈起,引入视频网站创收思路,提出互动点播业务免费化的概念,建立了以广告业务收入为主、其他业务收入为辅的互动业务盈利模式,将其与传统包年业务模式进行比对分析,并简述了免费互动业务的推广战略与未来要解决的一些问题。
From current situation of Broadcast TV Network,this article introduces the idea of Video Site Generating Income,proposes Profit Model of Free Interactive On-demand Business,establishes the Interactive Business Profit Model which is mainly depanded on Advertising Revenue and supplemented by Other Business Income,to compare and analyze it with the Traditional Pack-year Business Model,and briefly describes the promotion strategy of Free Interactive Services and some problems which need to be solved in the near future.
