武汉市结核病防治所耐多药结核病患者护理策略研究

Research of Nursing Strategy for MDR-TB Patients in Tubertulosis Prevention Institution,Wuhan

目的:总结武汉市结核病防治所对耐多药结核病患者提供心理护理模式的经验,分析患者心理问题的影响因素及采取的心理护理措施,以便为护理耐多药结核病患者提供参考。方法:对耐多药结核病患者的心理问题表现方式及影响因素进行分析,并对相应护理策略实施效果进行跟踪比较。结果:耐多药结核病患者多具有明显的心理问题,如对治疗的不信任、内心焦虑、内心耻辱感、缺乏耐性等,服药依从性差严重影响治疗效果。武汉市结核病防治所护士采用定期家访、加强同患者家属的交流、组织社区科普教育及聚会交流等方式,在改善患者心理问题方面取得了较好的效果。结论:对耐多药结核病患者的心理问题应分析其原因和特征并采取有针对性的护理措施。

Objective ：To conclude the experience from our hospital for the mental intervention on multidrug resistance tuberculosis （ MDR - TB ） patients, to analyze the influencing factors and provide the detail approaches for the psychological nursing, life quality improvement. Methods： Analyzes the psychological problems and influence factors, and compares in track with the effect of appropriate nursing strategies. Results： Most of the MTR - TB patients exhibit obvious mental disorders, such as distrust the treatment, anxious, guilt and impatient. The mental disorders always re- tard the therapeutic effects of the patients. Wuhan Tuberculosis Prevention institution took routine visits to patients＇ homes, enhanced the communi- cation with patients＇ relatives, scientific education in the community and organize the party and did some beneficial effect to the mental disorder. Conclusion： There are multiple forms of mental disorder in MDR - TB patients and should be differentiated to be treated separately.
