上海市某区社区心理卫生服务发展现况及对策

Development Situation and Countermeasures of the Community Mental Health Service in a District,Shanghai

卫生服务是当前政府和卫生部门研究的重要课题之一。本文通过对上海某区社区卫生服务机构心理卫生服务工作中存在的服务模式单一化、服务对象局限性、服务能力有限性等问题分析,提出社区心理卫生服务工作应在借鉴国外相关经验的基础上,坚持以政府为主导,对现有资料进行整合,加大对人员的专业技能培训等措施,以促进上海市社区心理卫生服务工作的可持续性发展。

Community mental health service is the current government and the department of health research one of the important issues. This paper through to Shanghai district eight community health service agencies mental health service status investigation is aimed at service model simplification, the service object, service capacity limitations and so on, and proposed the work should be on the basis of the relevant experience of oth- er countries for reference, stick to the government as the guidance, to integrate the existing resources, to strengthen professional skills training for staff, in order to promote the sustainable development of community mental health service in Shanghai.
