维护国家的卫生安全,实现人人享有均等化的健康医疗服务,保障国家的经济社会利益是21世纪中国全球健康的战略重点,也是世界各国普遍重视的政治议题。本文就全球健康学这一新兴学科的学科发展趋势、学科组建框架、人才培养路径等方面进行了分析,希望能够为我国全球健康学的学科建设和人才队伍培养工作的可持续发展,提供理论依据。同时,也是为了我国卫生职业的发展能够更好地服务于国家战略目标的实施,提供决策依据。

The maintenance of national and global health security, the realization of universal equal access to health care services, and the protection of national socio - economic interests are Chinese strategic focus of global health in the 21 st century, as well as the political issues which are paid attention to by countries all over the world. In this paper,the development trend of global health study, the framework of the discipline establishment,and the talent cultivation path are analyzed and expounded,hoping to be helpful to the discipline education, the sustainable development of talents cultivation and national strategic goals of global health in our country.
