摘要
目的:分析对比梯度回波T2WI(准T2序列T2*)序列与自旋回波序列对比,评估GRT2*非脂肪抑制序列对膝关节外伤后病变的显示能力。方法:对80例膝关节外伤病人分别采用常规技术和GRT2*序列进行MRI检查,观察GRT2*对病灶的显示能力以及与常规检查技术的对比分析。结果:GRT2*非脂肪抑制序列对比自旋回波序列,能检测出较其它序列更多的病灶数,同时在GRT2*非脂肪抑制序列上更容易发现骨质挫伤的骨小梁结构与早期挫伤后出血病灶,并能显示关节软骨与半月板受累情况。结论:膝关节外伤后,矢状位GRT2*非脂肪抑制序列对病灶显示能力优于常规扫描序列,将其作为膝关节外伤后的首选扫描序列,能更全面反应病变信息。
Objective : Through contrasting gradient echo sequence with spin-echo sequence to assess the capability of GRT * 2 sequence in displaying the post-traumatic lesions of the knee,and discuss the clinical diagnosis value.Methods : 80knee injury patients underwent knee MR imaging of GRT * 2 sequence and conventional inspection techniques;the display capability was observed to compare with conventional inspection techniques.Results : Compared with the spin-echo sequence,GRT * 2 nonfat-suppressed sequences can detect more lesions than other sequence,discover more easily the trabecular structure of bone contusion and early bleeding lesions after contusion and display the involvement of articular cartilage and meniscal.Conclusion : Sagittal plane GRT * 2 non-fat-suppressed sequence can be selected to be the No.1diagnostic sequence because the lesion displaying capability of GRT * 2 sequence is superior to other scanning sequences and it can display lesions more comprehensively.
