用多因素综合造模方法 ,摸拟湿温病湿重于热证的发生发展过程 ,观察实验动物血液生化、免疫功能的变化及病理切片。并用自拟中药燥湿运脾汤治疗模型动物 ,观察其治疗前后的变化。初步揭示湿重于热证的病理实质以及燥湿运脾汤的作用机理。

According to the theory science of seasonal febrile disease and modern research methods,the model of damper than heat was made by multiple methods.The model imitated the occurrence and progress of the above model.The biochemistry and immunology indexes were checked,the related pathological changes were also observed.The above indexes were also checked after the models were treated by Zaoshi Yunpi Tang.The conclusion showed some pathological essence of the syndrome of damper than heat initially and the effect of Zaoshi Yunpi Tang.
