复方三棱、莪术、黄芪注射液对鼠脑梗塞模型脑电图的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨复方三棱、莪术、黄芪注射液对脑梗塞的治疗效果。方法 :在Wistar鼠大脑中动脉阻塞的局灶性脑缺血模型上研究该注射液对脑电图的影响。结果 :复方三棱、莪术、黄芪注射液能增加梗塞侧脑电图波幅 ,减轻神经功能缺损程度 ,减小梗塞灶体积。结论 :复方三棱、莪术、黄芪注射液是值得进一步研究的治疗脑梗塞的药物。 In order to evaluate the effect of the compound injection of Sparganium Stoloniferum,Rhizoma Zedoariae and Radix Astragali,its effect on Electroencephalo graphy(EEG) was investigated in the focal cerebral ischemic model of wistar rats with middle cerebral arterial occlusion.The experimental results showed that in comparing with control group the compound injection could significantly increase the amplitude of EEG in the infarctive hemisphere,reduce the infarct volume and the scores of neurologic function deficit when the compound injection was injected intravenously 2 hours after the middle cerebral arterial occlusion.The results suggested the compound injection is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
