摘要
以薄层色谱—分光光度法测定益肾颗粒剂中大黄素的含量。供试品用甲醇提取 ,再用氯仿—水净化后制成供试品溶液 ,用硅胶G板分离 ,展开剂为苯—乙酸乙酯—乙酸 (14:4:1) ,435nm为测定波长 ,其RSD为 3 34% ,回收率 10 0 9% ,r=0 9992。
Emodin in Yishen granules was determined by TLC spectrophotometry.The sample was extracted with methanol and pured with chloroform and water,and the extract was chromatographed on silica G plate with benzene ethylacetate aceticacid(14:4:1).The absorbances of solution is determined at the 435nm,respectively satisfactory result was obtained.The average recovery of emodin was 100 9%(n=5)with RSD less than 3 34% and R more than 0 9992.The method is simple,accurate and it is suitable for quatity control of the granules mentioned.
