摘要
对近红外光谱大脑拓扑图技术的成像原理进行了探讨 ,并对大鼠大脑光敏剂诱导梗塞模型的皮层缺血部位进行定位成像。分别用NIRS拓扑仪、磁共振成像和解剖样本染色 ,对 10只SD雄性大鼠大脑皮层缺血部位进行成像。结果表明 ,NIRS拓扑图所显示的皮层缺血面积与磁共振图象及解剖样本显示的皮层缺血面积的相关系数分别为 0 87(p <0 0 5 )和 0 81(p <0 0 1)。
A dual wavelength (760nm and 850nm)Near Infra red Spectroscopy(NIRS) that reflected total hemoglobin concentration changes in measurement area was constructed and relative software was programmed.We used the NIRS topography to localize the cortical ischemic focus,which have significant blood supplement reduction on the rats photosensitizer induced cortical infarction model.The cortical ischemic area NIRS topography showed was compared with that of Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) and of anatomical sample for same rat.The results showed that there was a significant correlation among NIRS topography,MRI(r=0 87, P <0 05)and anatomical sample(r=0 81, P <0 01)for same cortical ischemic area.
