中药草珊瑚乙酸乙酯部位化学成分的研究

Study on Chemical Constituents from Ethyl Acetate Extract of Sarcandra glabra

目的:研究草珊瑚乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析进行、制备液相等手段分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从草珊瑚乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到了7个化合物,经鉴定分别为11,13-dihydroisolantolacton(1)、11α,13-dihydro-2α-hydroxyalantolactone(2)、santamarin.(3)、8-epi-ivangust(4)、异东莨菪素(5)、嗪皮素(6)、异嗪皮啶(7)。结论:化合物1,2,3,4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Objective：To study the chemical constituents from ethyl acetate extract of Sareandra glabra. Methods： Column chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate and identify the constituents. Results： The ethyl acetate fraction from Sarcandra glabra was separated and purified.Seven compounds were obtained and identified as：l l, 13-dihydroisolan- tolacton（ 1 ）, 11 a, 13-dihydro -2ct -hyd- roxyalantolactone （2）, santamarin （ 3 ）, 8-epi-ivangust （4）, scopoletin （ 5 ）, fraxetin （6） and isofraxidin （7）. Conclusion： Compounds 1, 2, 3, and 4 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
