摘要
目的:确定柴黄咀嚼片原料药的最佳提取条件。方法:以浸膏提出率、黄芩苷含量和柴胡皂苷含量为考查指标,通过正交试验法确定其水煎煮的最优条件。结果:黄芩苷提取以水为溶剂,固液比为1:10、1:8,提取两次,提取时间为每次1小时,酸化pH值为2.0;柴胡皂苷提取以水为溶剂,固液比为1:10,提取两次,每次2小时。结论:本法为柴黄咀嚼片原料药提取工艺的确定提供了试验依据。
Objective:Determine the Chaihuang tablets API optimum extraction conditions. Methods:In order to extract the rate, the content of baicalin and saikosaponin content as the index.The water was the optimum condition is determined by orthogonal test method. Resuhs:Baicalin extracted by water as solvent, The ratio of solid to liquid was 1:10, 1:8,Extracting for 2 times, Every l hours, Acidified value of pH 2; Saikosaponin extraction with water as solvent, Solid-liquid ratio was 1:10, Extracting for 2 times, Every 2 hours. Conclusion: Provides the experimental basis to determine the method for Chaihuang chewable tablets of raw materials extraction process.
