正交试验法优选柴黄咀嚼片的提取工艺

目的:确定柴黄咀嚼片原料药的最佳提取条件。方法:以浸膏提出率、黄芩苷含量和柴胡皂苷含量为考查指标,通过正交试验法确定其水煎煮的最优条件。结果:黄芩苷提取以水为溶剂,固液比为1:10、1:8,提取两次,提取时间为每次1小时,酸化pH值为2.0;柴胡皂苷提取以水为溶剂,固液比为1:10,提取两次,每次2小时。结论:本法为柴黄咀嚼片原料药提取工艺的确定提供了试验依据。

Conclusion： Provides the experimental basis to determine the method for Chaihuang chewable tablets of raw materials extraction process.
