摘要
目的 探讨伽玛刀治疗脑膜瘤的临床疗效及相关问题的临床分析。 方法 在Leksell 2300B型伽玛刀上完成对220例脑膜瘤病人的放射治疗，取得随访病例148例，术前卡诺斯基评分87％（40％～100％）。 结果 显效8例（5．4％），有效123例（85．1％），无变化12例（8．1％），进展或死亡5例（3．4％），卡诺斯基评分92％（55％～100％）。 结论 伽玛刀治疗脑膜瘤仍然是一种安全、有效的方法，但应选择合适病例，掌握好肿瘤大小与周边剂量的关系。
Objective The effectiveness of gamma knife for treatment of meningiomas were discussed and the relevent problems were analyzed in this paper． Method 200 patients with meningiomas were treated with gamma knife of Leksell 2300 B type． 148 cases of them were followed up． The mean Karnofsky score before treatment was 87％ （40％－100％）． Result Notable effects were gained in 8 cases （5．4％）; reduction of size and necrosis of the tumors in 123 cases （85．1％）; no change in 12 cases （8．1％）, and worsening or death in 5 cases （3．4％）; The mean Karnofsky score in the follow－up study was 92％ （55％－100％）． Conclusion Gamma knife radiosurgery appears to be a safe and effective therapy for meninigomas, but the patients must be carefully selected and the relations between the size of tumor and the peripheral dose must be noticed．
