凶险型前置胎盘抢救失败1例经验教训 被引量:1

摘要 目的:凶险型前置胎盘发生胎盘植入的几率高,是严重产科出血的主要原因之一,常并发休克或弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC),可危及孕产妇生命,临床上要提高对凶险型前置胎盘危害性的认识,尽早明确诊断,优化转诊流程,加强围术期管理,做好产后出血抢救措施,减少子宫切除率和孕产妇死亡率。
