CT对肾癌诊断价值的研究:54例肾癌的回顾性分析

Study of the diagnostic value of CT on renal cell carcinoma:A retrospective analysis of 54 cases

目的 :根据肾癌的 CT表现 ,探讨 CT对肾癌诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。方法 :回顾性的分析了 54例经手术和 /或活检病理证实的肾癌病人的 CT资料 ,观察其 CT征象及分期。结果 :典型肾癌 CT表现为大小不等的肾脏肿块 ,等密度或略低密度占多数 ,为 4 9例 ,占 90 .74 % ;略高密度 5例 ,占 9.2 6% ,增强后肿瘤有不同程度强化 ,但其 CT值均明显低于正常肾实质。诊断正确率为 96.4 2 %。根据 Robson分期法 — 期各有 2 0 ,1 2 ,1 0 ,1 2例。结论 :CT可为肾癌早期诊断、准确分期。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of CT features on renal cell carcinoma.Method:The CT features and grading of 54 cases of renal cell carcinoma were studies.All cases were confirmed by pathological examination of samples from surgical operation or biopsy.Results:The typical CT features of renal cell carcinoma were renal tumor mass with different size.The density of most cases,was slightly lower or equal in our study,there were 49 cases (90 74%).Five cases (9 26%),the density was slightly higher.Different degree of intensification might be seen after enhancement.But the CT value was markedly lower than that of the normal renal parenchyma.The accurate rate of diagnosis was 96 42%.According to Robson's grading,there were 20,12,10,12 cases for grade Ⅰto Ⅳ respectively.Conclusion:CT is a reliable technique for the early diagnosis,accurate grading and devising the operative and therapeutic procedure.
