摘要
以潞安临汾某矿近距离煤层群巷道支护设计为背景,分析了上层护巷煤柱的应力集中情况及分布规律,煤柱应力对下层巷道围岩应力的影响情况以及高应力下巷道锚杆支护技术。研究表明,残留煤柱在弹塑性状态下达到一个极限平衡,下层巷道围岩应力重新分布与上层煤柱的载荷、该点与煤柱的垂直距离、该点与煤柱的水平距离有关。最后将研究结果用于井下实践,并有效控制巷道变形,从而验证了结论的正确性。
Based on the roadway support design background of close coal seams in Kaituo Coal Mine, this paper analyzes the stress con- centration and distribution law of the upper chain pillar, and also the effect on the lower roadway surrounding rock stress by the upper coal pillar stress, and then roadway bolts supporting technology under high stress is analysed. The results indicates that the residual coal pillar in elastoplastic state reached a limit equilibrium, the stress redistribution of the lower seam roadway associated with the lo^id of the upper coal pillar, the vertical distance between the roadway and the coal pillar, and also the horizontal distance between the roadway and the coal pillar. Finally The research results are applied to practice under mine well, and roadway deformation has been ef- fectively controlled, so the results verify the correctness of the study conclusions.
