在调研广州增城、从化、花都等山区镇的基础上,指出目前上述地区扶贫开发存在的主要问题,并提出建立扶贫开发长效机制的建议。

Based on the investigation of impoverished mountainous areas in Zengcheng, Conghua, Huadu of Guangzhou City, this paper point out the needs for poverty alleviation and development in these areas at present. Moreover, a new round of poverty alleviation and development in Guangzhou is necessity. And then put forward suggestions on establish a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation and development
