摘要
以纯电动汽车空调系统为研究对象,对某样车空调系统进行了设计和部件选型,优化了控制方法,并基于ADVISOR对空调系统进行了二次开发,建立了空调系统仿真模块,进行了仿真分析。结果表明,所建电动空调系统获得的实时车室温度值与实际值接近,符合空调实际运行状态;模糊—PID复合控制方法控制结果更为准确,空调功耗更小,实现了对空调控制算法的优化。
This paper takes pure EV air-conditioner system as research topic.The electric air-conditioner system of a sample vehicle is designed with its components selected,optimized the controlling algorithm,and based on the redevelopment of ADVISOR,s simulation module for electric air-conditioner system is created, and a simulation on its performance is conducted.The results indicate that the real vehicle experiment verified the level of considerably realistic of the electric air conditioning system,and the air condition model built up in Fuzzy-PID control algorithm is accurate and energy-saving compared to general methods.
